The problem

A website isn't much use if local customers can't find it

Most of the businesses we speak to are in one of these positions. None of them are unusual.

  • No website yet

You rely on word of mouth or social media, so people searching for your service simply never see you.

  • An older website

It was built years ago, it has never really brought enquiries in, and nobody has touched it since.

  • Facebook only

Your page works for people who already know you, but it does very little for people searching Google.

  • Looks fine, gets no traffic

The site looks smart, but it was designed to look good rather than to be found.

  • Google profile out on its own

Your Google Business Profile and your website say different things and are not working together.

  • One page for everything

A single Services page tries to cover every job, so no individual service ranks for anything.

The difference in our approach

Built for local search from the first decision

Plenty of designers build good-looking websites. Our process starts somewhere different.

  • Where we start

    Normal website designer

Design the pages first, then think about search.

    Top of the Search

Research what local customers search for before deciding the site structure.

  • Service pages

    Normal website designer

One general services page covering everything.

    Top of the Search

Dedicated pages for the services that actually matter commercially.

  • Google Business Profile

    Normal website designer

Website and Google profile handled separately.

    Top of the Search

Website and Google Business Profile aligned as one local search system.

  • After launch

    Normal website designer

The website is handed over at launch.

    Top of the Search

Ongoing local optimisation, monitoring and monthly reporting.

How it works

Four steps, then we keep going

  1. Step 01

    Research

We look at your services, your local competitors and what customers in your area are actually searching for.

  2. Step 02

    Build

We create a professional website structured around those search opportunities, not around a template.

  3. Step 03

    Connect to Google

We align the website with your Google Business Profile, set up Search Console and put tracking in place.

  4. Step 04

    Keep improving

We monitor rankings and search visibility every month and keep making improvements.

Real website examples

The same process, a different website every time

We don't force every business into the same template. The SEO process is systematic; the design is tailored to the business and the customers it needs to reach.

Local SEO and Google, explained

Two things that need to work together

Your website

It tells Google what you do, where you work, and which services are important enough to deserve a page of their own. That's what lets you appear when someone searches for a specific job in your area.

How local SEO works

Your Google Business Profile

It's how customers find you in local and Maps results, often before they ever reach a website. Most businesses have one; far fewer have one that matches what their website says.

Google Business Profile management

We handle both as one local search system rather than two separate jobs, so the services, areas and details line up wherever a customer finds you.

Our commitment

The 90-Day Progress Promise

Before optimisation begins we agree 5–10 relevant local search terms with you and record a baseline. If there is no measurable improvement in that agreed visibility during the first 90 days, we continue the agreed optimisation work without charging the normal monthly management fee for up to a further 90 days.

Rankings, positions and lead volumes are never guaranteed, and the £499 setup fee is not refundable under the promise. The additional free optimisation period is capped at 90 days.

Two things people say to us

I've paid for SEO before and nothing happened.

That usually happens when nobody agreed what was being measured. We start by recording a baseline and agreeing the local search terms we're tracking, then report the movement in that visibility each month — measurable progress rather than a list of vague SEO activity.

I don't want another monthly bill.

Fair. The £149 a month is active optimisation, monitoring and improvement, not just hosting a finished site. After the 3-month initial term you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
