The business
Who Mi Boon are
Mi Boon Thai Massage is a local massage business serving Tunbridge Wells, offering Thai massage and related treatments.
Unlike a brand-new site, Mi Boon has a genuine trading history online — which means there is real, measurable search and Google Business Profile data behind the work rather than early indicators.
The opportunity
What actually needed to be right
People looking for a massage rarely search for a business by name. They search by service and by place — "thai massage tunbridge wells" and similar.
So the job is not a dramatic rescue. It is making sure the website and the Google presence both say clearly what the business offers, where it is, and how to book — and that they say the same thing as each other.
That relevance has to be maintained, not set once. Search behaviour, competitors and Google's local results all move.

For a local service business the profile matters as much as the website, because people can move straight from Google into the site, into a phone call, or into other profile actions. Interactions are exactly that — actions taken on the profile — and we do not treat them all as enquiries.

What it shows
What the numbers show
The point of local SEO is not a ranking screenshot. It is the chain that follows it: relevant local searches, then visibility, then visits to the website or profile, then phone calls and bookings.
Mi Boon's figures show that chain running end to end. Over 156,000 impressions produced more than 10,500 clicks at a 6.7% click-through rate, and the two biggest query groups are exactly the service-plus-location searches the site was aligned to.
Over March–August 2026 the Google Business Profile recorded 3,468 interactions, including 1,987 website clicks and 936 calls — customer actions, not just views.
And alongside that visibility, the business's GiftUp account recorded more than £23,000 in gift voucher revenue across 295 orders. GiftUp records those transactions; we are not claiming each one came from organic search.
